Those still living in student accommodations are not allowed to return home, said Senior Minister (security cluster) Ismail Sabri Yaakob.<br /><br />He said the cabinet had received a proposal from the Higher Education Ministry and it was currently being reviewed by the Health Ministry.<br /><br />Ismail said if students were allowed to leave, even in stages, it would involve a large number.<br /><br />"There are 80,000 students living in accommodations provided by private and public institutes of higher learning.
