The number of new cases has overtaken new recoveries today, with 184 new infections reported, while new recoveries were at 165.<br /><br />There were also three new deaths, bringing the death toll to 73.<br /><br />Health director-general Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said total cases were at 4,530, with total recoveries at 1,995.
