Indian soldiers coaxed a bear to run to its freedom at Pangolakha Sanctuary near the Bhutanese border on April 4.<br /><br />The bear refused to come out of its cage in the freezing temperature. A few soldiers climbed the cage and made noise prompting it to emerge out and ran down the mountain into its habitat.<br /><br />The bear was spotted on the streets of Gangtok in Sikkim on April 1 where it attacked and injured a man. Local forest officials tranquilised the bear in a 12-hour long operation and handed it over to Indian army for release into its natural habitat.
