This is the adorable moment a toddler from Taiwan tries to put a collar on her dog's neck.<br /><br />One-year-old Yiyi does her best to get the pink collar on Naicha's neck but the two-year-old Samoyed dog refuses to stay put. <br /><br />Yiyi's mother, Huang Shenghui, said that Yiyi and Naicha are bestfriends. She said: "They are like sisters. They will just play all day long inside the house." <br /><br />The cute video was taken on February 16 in Hsinchu, Taiwan.
