A man in South Dakota captured this Easter snow storm on April 12, hitting the Interstate highway at Sioux Falls and leaving five inches of snow. <br /><br />The filmer, photographer Justin Frantzen, commented: "Heavy snow, strong winds and temperatures of -2° felt like -14° in the wind chill!"
