Full body locked down<br /><br />Home workouts<br /><br /><br />1. 25 Bench touch high knees<br />2. 25 Squats<br />3. 25 Box jump<br />4. 10 Single leg elevated bridge each side<br />5. 20 Alternate step up each leg<br />6. 20 Elevated push-ups<br />7. 15 Bulgarian split squat each leg<br />8. 20 Triceps dips<br />9. 10 Side to side Legs raise<br />10. 10 Burpees<br />11. 10 Up/down V-tuck Crunch<br />12. 10 Pistols squats each leg<br />13. 1 min Rope skipping<br /><br />2-3 Sets<br /><br />Take between 1-2min of rest then repeat<br />For the 2nd set decrease the amount of reps by 5 for each exercises higher than 10 reps.<br />And finally the last set decrease the amount of reps for all exercises by 5 more.
