투표나간 자가격리자, 예상시간에 투표소•집 도착안하면 '신고'<br /><br />Eligible South Korean voters in self-quarantine for the coronavirus will be able to vote tomorrow just as long as they managed to register in time via text messaging.<br />The registration came to a close a little over an hour ago and 6PM, Korea time.<br />There are more than 56-thousand eligible voters in quarantine.<br />A special procedure awaits them on election day.<br />Quarantine will be temporarily lifted from 5:20 PM to 7 PM during which the health ministry encourages them to head straight to polling stations on foot or in their own automobiles.<br />If they drop by somewhere else, deviate, or take longer than necessary, they will be reported to the police.<br />Most will be accompanied by government officials, but for those who aren't, they'll be tracked through the mobile app.<br />
