A male elephant was filmed interacting with a herd of females in search of a mate at a reserve in Sri Lanka.<br /><br />The incident took place on November 4, 2019, at the Kalawewa National Park.<br /><br />Though it is shy at first, the bull male slowly starts to mingle with the group and is seemingly accepted by the herd.<br /><br />According to reports, the elephant has been identified as Barana. <br /><br />Barana is reported to have killed a 40-year-old man a few years ago while returning back to the jungle.
