아베, 코로나19 긴급사태 선언 오늘 전국으로 확대<br /><br />Prime Minister Shinzo Abe reportedly decided to place all of Japan under a state of emergency to curb the spread of COVID-19... as the number of confirmed cases tops nine-thousand.<br />The country first implemented such measures on April 7th on Tokyo and six other prefectures.<br />Multiple local media outlets reported Thursday the declaration allows governors to call for schools and businesses to close until early May... but stated it's not a lockdown.<br />The declaration also approves the spending of state budget to help citizens and businesses weather the economic fallout from the coronavirus crisis.<br />
