G7, 코로나19 공조 확인했지만...'WHO 책임론' 온도차<br /><br />The leaders of G7 countries have vowed to come together to tackle the COVID-19 pandemic.<br />According to the readout from their virtual summit Thursday, they agreed on the critical need for the rapid development and production of COVID-19 treatments and a vaccine.<br />A different tone regarding the World Health Organization.<br />While the G7 leaders mostly voiced their backing for the WHO and urged international cooperation,... the U.S. is in a high-stakes tussle with the agency.<br />The White House says U.S. allies are also reconsidering their monetary support for the WHO.<br />The readout said "the leaders called for a thorough review and reform process" with much of their discussions having "centered on the WHO's lack of transparency and chronic mismanagement of the pandemic.<br />
