It's been raining accolades for Health Ministry director-general, Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah, for his dedication battling the Covid-19 pandemic in the country. <br /><br />Perhaps the youngest of his fans could be nine-year-old Lara Khadijah Cornelius McAfee, an aspiring gymnast from Terengganu.<br /><br />She penned an appreciation letter and gifted a loom band to Noor Hisham.<br /><br />Lara received a delightful surprise after Noor Hisham replied to her.
