Constantly lifting a baby/toddler, sleeping in the wrong position or general stress can all lead to neck pain.<br /><br />Our chiropractor Jasper demonstrates 5 exercises which will help to gain control over the neck pain.<br /><br />Difference with this video and others addressing the same issue, is that we have added three strengthening exercises to the regime. <br /><br />The majority of exercises for neck pain focus on stretching generally. <br /><br />But neck strengthening exercises can make a real difference.
