Country star LeAnn Rimes is hoping to help fans relax and de-stress during the COVID-19 health crisis.<br />She is turning to what helps her; music and meditation and sharing it with her followers on Instagram.<br />The 37-year old singer is leading her followers through spiritual Instagram live sessions on Sundays.<br />Along with guided meditation sessions, the singer-songwriter is also sharing some of her music.<br />Rimes released her song, "There Will Be A Better Day" last month on her Instagram account.<br />Rimes is following the recommendations to stay home and is with her husband Eddie Cibrian in Los Angeles.
