An Akali Dal activist was arrested when he tried to unfurl the tricolour at Lal Chowk in Jammu and Kashmir’s summer capital. <br />The activist was stopped by security personnel deployed at the popular point of Kashmir. In a video clip, a man is seen sloganeering “Bharat Mata Ki Jai”. <br />The security has been beefed up across the Valley after the Pulwama attack which claimed 40 CRPF jawans’ lives.
