No alliance with Aam Aadmi Party in Delhi, says Sheila Dikshit

The Congress and the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) will not enter into an alliance for the upcoming general elections, the Congress' Delhi unit chief Sheila Dikshit announced on Tuesday.
