In Bihar's Muzaffarpur, death count due to brain fever Chamki has crossed 50 while it has reached 111 in the state. Union Health Minister Harsh Vardhan reached Muzaffarpur where he faced people's protest. When the minister was in the hospital itself, 2 children died.
