Union Home Minister Amit Shah attacked the opposition for opposing govt's move to scrap Article 370 and 35A. Addressing the Rajya Sabha, he added, "Some of the parties have formed an NGO brigade. And some of the NGOs will challenge the bill after getting instructions from these parties."
