ADM Katihar Violates Traffic Rule, Flaunts Position To Get Away

Shocking visuals have come from Bihar's Katihar. ADM Katihar was caught breaking the traffic rule.  He did not wear a helmet while going to office. Speaking to News Nation, he said, "I was in hurry to come to the office and I'll give the fine."
