Nirbhaya Case: Delhi Court Refuses To Issue Death Warrant To Convicts

The Patiala House Court on Tuesday refused to issue death warrants to the Nirbhaya convicts. The court ordered the Tihar Jail to issue fresh notices to the convicts.
