Veteran actress Rekha casts her vote in Mumbai’s Bandra. <br />Actor Priyanka Chopra, Congress candidate from Mumbai north Urmila Matondkar, and Paresh Rawal were among the celeb voters who reached election booths in Mumbai. <br />The fourth phase of the Lok Sabha elections is taking place on Monday. As many as 12.79 crore voters will exercise their franchise in 71 constituencies spread over nine states.
