The incredible "blue tear" phenomenon turned the seawater to a glowing blue at Changjiang'ao Beach in southern China.<br /><br />In the pretty scene, shot in the county of Pingtan in Fujian Province on April 17, the water lit up blue when being splashed and tourists were seen playing in it.<br /><br />According to reports, the "blue tears" phenomenon which is caused by a type of algae, known as noctiluca scintillans.
