Finance Minister Tengku Zafrul announced today that the first phase of the Bantuan Prihatin Nasional (BPN) amounting to RM5.2 billion have been distributed to 7.6 million receivers.<br /><br />The second phase of aid will be distributed in May and Tengku Zafrul is asking those who haven't received the cash aid to be a bit more patient.
