A policeman stopped a driverless car after it threw the motorist out onto a road in Shanghai on April 20.<br /><br />The CCTV video, provided by local media, shows a black car knocking over a scooter and then suddenly starting to reverse on a road.<br /><br />The driver was thrown out of the car and the driverless vehicle was still moving backwards.<br /><br />A police officer went to chase the car immediately and got into the vehicle to stop it within seconds.<br /><br />According to reports, the driver pulled the handle to reverse the car accidentally when she managed to brake after knocking over the scooter.<br /><br />Fortunately, no one was injured.
