A disabled Filipino man helps out his community during the coronavirus pandemic by joining the other volunteers to pack relief goods for their neighbours.<br /><br />Footage shows the man with one hand named Joie Alfon preparing a food pack consisting of rice and some canned goods. <br /><br />Another volunteer, Salvador Escalante Jr captured the video last April 5 in Cadiz City, Negros Occidental.<br /><br />He said "He was such a good man. Even with his condition, he did his best to help out those around him."<br /><br />Although the coronavirus epicentre has remained in the northern Philippines, there are still some reported cases in the south which prompted other regions to implement community quarantine measures.
