The DC Metro Police are actively investigating the complaint against Joe Biden brought by Tara Reade.<br />Reade accused Biden of sexually assaulted her in 1993.<br />The investigation comes despite the allegations being impossible to prosecute since it is past the statute of limitations.<br />According to the Washington Examiner multiple experts said the investigation is highly unusual considering the statute of limitations.<br />Reade told the Washington Examiner she hopes the investigation encourages other Biden accusers to come forward.
