Joe Biden's campaign has sent a memo to his surrogates, outlining a path of attack for them.<br />According to CNN, the memo urges Biden backers to go after Trump's handling of the Corona crisis.<br />The memo specifies the four c's at the center of pandemic: "The Chinese government," "cover-up," "chaos," and "corporate favoritism."<br />The memo, written by campaign manager Kate Bedingfield, was first reported by Axios.<br />"The bottom line: if Donald Trump had listened to Joe Biden, fewer Americans would be dying, losing loved ones, losing their jobs, or losing their retirement savings."
