During the COVID-19 pandemic quasi-national lockdown, many people say the days are going by in a blur.<br />According to HuffPost, psychologists say there are a number of reasons for that.<br />Being in lockdown and suddenly being required to work from home is a huge disruption in most people's routine.<br />Also, if there are children around, the line between the workday and leisure time may be even more fuzzy.<br />Add that to anxiety, eating more junk food, and exercising less, and its likely to add up to disrupted sleep.<br />Psychologists say the most important thing to do is to create a new routine and stick to it. Include time for exercise, downtime, and family time.
