한국은행 오늘 오전 1분기 GDP 성장률 발표 예정<br /><br />South Korea's central bank is set to release its first quarter GDP estimates in the coming hours.<br />It will be a good gauge to measure how the country has coped with the economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.<br />According to the IMF,... South Korea's economy is forecast to contract 1-point-2 percent this year.<br />Earlier this month, the head of the Bank of Korea said another interest rate cut could be needed as the BOK cut its yearly GDP projection to under one-percent,... less than half its earlier forecast of 2-point-1 percent.<br />In a bid to shore up the economy, the South Korean government has proposed a 6-point-1 billion dollar extra budget, following the 9-point-4 billion dollar stimulus that was approved by lawmakers in March.<br />
