Health Ministry director-general Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah reported 90 recoveries today, with 71 new cases and 2 new deaths, bringing the national death toll to 95.<br /><br />Meanwhile Dr Hisham said even if the MCO is lifted, that doesn't mean lifting border control measures, which he said should be tightened.
