This is the heartwarming moment a rescuer released an eagle after nursing the bird back to health in the northeast Indian state of Assam.<br /><br />The incident took place in Tezpur on April 21.<br /><br />According to local sources, the eagle was injured after it had fallen on the ground and taken to a veterinarian where it was treated. <br /><br />Footage shows the eagle being nurtured and fed water, before finally being released into the wild.
