A stunning clip shows dolphins glowing as they glide through bioluminescent waves off the Californian coast.<br /><br />The remarkable footage, which was filmed at Newport Beach on Wedensday (April 22nd), shows the marine mammals swirl through the Pacific waters while giving off an otherworldly hue of electric-blue light.<br /><br />"We were out for a few hours and on our final stretch back we finally had two dolphins pop up to start the incredible glowing show," filmer Patrick Coyne told local media.<br /><br />The effect is caused by bioluminescent algae which has been blooming in recent weeks off the Californian coast.
