That generates a lot of data points.<br />And according to Business Insider, LinkedIn used that data to find out the five soft skills that matter most to employers in 2020.<br />One soft skill that's hard to quantify, but desperately needed in these extraordinary times, is creativity.<br />When floating a new idea and trying to make change, the ability of persuasion is also extremely valuable.<br />Likewise, when much of the business world is operating in a coronavirus pandemic-driven world, adaptability is key.<br />Finally, being able to use emotional intelligence and collaborate effectively is critical.
