Spanish children were allowed to leave home for the first time today (April 26th) after six weeks of coronavirus lockdown.<br /><br />Under the new rules, up to three children who live together can now walk up to a kilometre from home for one hour, accompanied by one adult family member or carer.<br /><br />This clip shows three masked children from one family enjoying their first taste for freedom in San Jose in Almeria today (April 26th).<br /><br />"To begin with they were slightly overwhelmed by the great outdoors after being inside for so long," said their mother, Anya Rosenberg.
