A six-year-old girl was left squeaking "like a dolphin" after she accidentally swallowed a whistle in northern China's Xi'an on April 19.<br /><br />The video, provided by local media with permission, shows the girl squeaking like a dolphin when a doctor asked her to breathe. <br /><br />In a X-ray picture, a plastic whistle was seen stuck on the right side of the girl's main trachea.<br /><br />The girl was reportedly swallowing the whistle by accident when she put it in her mouth to play.<br /><br />It took around nine hours for the doctors to remove the whistle from the girl's trachea by means of surgery.
