Filipino teenagers who were caught breaking coronavirus quarantine rules by playing street basketball without masks were forced to play basketball using an imaginary ball as punishment.<br /><br />The lads were caught playing and did not have masks on, while some of them did not have quarantine passes at Dasmarinas City, Cavite on April 20.<br /><br />The Philippines has implemented strict measures like community quarantines to prevent the spread of COVID-19 coronavirus.
