A 13-year-old murder suspect in a Seattle, Washington, suburb told detectives he "just felt like" killing a stranger.<br />Police say the teen followed 35-year-old Hassan Ali Hassan along a street in Burien Tuesday night.<br />The child then produced a gun and shot Hassan once in the head.<br />Police say the boy said he was depressed and felt like if he didn't kill someone he would kill himself and because he 'just felt like doing it.'<br />The boy did not know the victim and had no connection to him. Prosecutors have not said whether the teen will be tried as an adult.
