Wuhan's landmark Yellow Crane Tower or Huanghelou in Chinese reopened on Wednesday (April 29) after 98 days due to the coronavirus pandemic.<br /><br />In the video, provided by local media with permission, 12 representatives of those who were on the front lines in combating COVID-19 were invited to visit the tower and ring a big bell for a blessing on its first day of reopening.<br /><br />From April 29, the Yellow Crane Tower will open from 08:30 to 17:00 every day. Only 300 visitors will be allowed to enter every half an hour and it will only accept up to 5400 visitors a day. <br /><br />Visitors will need to scan their health QR codes, have their temperatures checked and have to wear face masks during the whole journey.
