Chinese firefighters and police officers rescued a child hanging from a third-floor window after his head got stuck in the security bars on April 24.<br /><br />In the video, shot in the city of Huairen in Shanxi Province, a man climbed onto the third floor to approach the child. Then firefighters inside the flat were seen lifting the child up and bring them back to safety.<br /><br />According to reports, the child was locked in at home alone and fell out of the window accidentally when they were playing.<br /><br />The video was provided by local media with permission.
