A biker was spotted lying on his back with his hands crossed at the back of his head on a scooter while driving along a busy road in southern China.<br /><br />The video was filmed in the city of Nanning in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and provided by local police with permission on April 26.<br /><br />According to reports, the biker named Lu felt tired after finishing his work on the construction site, so he laid down on his scooter to have a rest.<br /><br />Police told Lu off and fined him 200yuan (£23), reports said.
