This is the moment a quick-footed rabbit managed to outwit a leopard in southeast Sri Lanka.<br /><br />The heart-stopping incident took place at the popular Yala National Park on July 9, 2019.<br /><br />Footage shows the leopard waiting patiently before pouncing on the bunny. However, keeping its cool, the rabbit manages to evade the disgruntled predator and hop inside a bush to safety.<br /><br />Yala National Park is the second-largest national park in Sri Lanka which houses crocodiles, elephants, leopards and several species of birds.
