The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention added six new symptoms to its list for the novel coronavirus COVID-19 last week.<br />They include chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat and loss of taste or smell.<br />But according to UPI, new research released Thursday says there may be even more symptoms that present with the dangerous disease.<br />Irish researchers observed that patients hospitalized with severe COVID-19 infections are experiencing abnormal blood clotting.<br />They reported that in some cases, the clotting played a role in the death of these patients.<br />A small study in Italy also found that some 20% of COVID-19 patients develop skin rashes or lesions.
