Major airlines have said they now require all passengers to wear face masks.<br />According to Business Insider, American Airlines, Delta, and United made the announcement this week.<br />Other US airlines are also adopting the policy, describing it as a way to protect passengers and crewmembers.<br />The new rules will begin to be implemented over the next two weeks.<br />All of the airlines are encouraging passengers to wear face coverings voluntarily in the meantime.<br />Globally there are more than 3 million cases of COVID-19, with a death toll over 230,000.
