The Isabella Geriatric Center is a nursing home in Manhattan, and has been hit hard by the novel coronavirus COVID-19.<br />According to Business Insider, the facility listed an official tally of 13 deaths as of Friday.<br />But now, it has had to use a refrigerator truck to temporarily store bodies after it recorded 98 deaths in a "horrifying" outbreak.<br />A spokesperson for the care home has said that it has been struggling with staff shortages and a lack of personal protective equipment (PPE) for employees.<br />The spokesman added the facility has since had "more access to testing."<br />It's an inestimable loss, and it's just impossible to imagine so many people lost in one place.
