Joe Biden is at the center of a sexual assault fire storm.<br />He has been accused of sex assault by former staffer Tara Reade.<br />Reade says she filed a complaint with a personnel office on Capitol Hill around 1993.<br />CNN says Reade doesn't have a copy of the document.<br />She doesn't remember where and to whom, specifically, she filed it.<br />Biden has denied the assault.<br />He has asked the National Archives and the Secretary of the Senate to find any document and make it public.<br />On Monday Julie Adams, the secretary of the Senate, released a statement on Monday that makes clear she can't legally do what Biden is asking.<br />"The Secretary has no discretion to disclose any such information as requested."
