"아시아 킬러말벌 미국 상륙에 긴장"…알고보니 장수말벌<br /><br />The Asian giant hornet has appeared in the United States, putting the country on alert.<br />The New York Times and UPI reported this week that the Department of Agriculture confirmed the species were first spotted last autumn in northwestern Washington state.<br />Experts are worried the Asian giant hornet, known to be the largest of its kind in the world, could ravage the native bee species.<br />However, The Hill reported that the environmental impact of the hornet on the local ecosystem has yet to be confirmed... and they only sting when their nest is disturbed.<br />
