부산•대구서 자가격리 이탈 2명…안심밴드 첫 적용<br /><br />Two people in South Korea are the first in the country to have to wear wristband tracking devices... after they were caught deliberately breaking the self-quarantine rules.<br />The South Korean health authorities say... they were wearing the devices as of 6 PM on Tuesday... and will have to keep them on for the rest of their quarantine period.<br />One was caught in Daegu visiting a coffee shop, and the other was in Busan walking near a middle school.<br />South Korea announced the wristband measure late last month.<br />If a violator refuses to wear the device, they'll spend their quarantine time in a special facility at their own expense.<br />
