Sky News host Paul Murray says with 1800 deaths as a result of coronavirus, Germany is "finding a road back," by beginning to lift some of its lockdown restrictions.<br /><br />Chancellor Angela Merkel said given the country's current infection numbers, "we have (coronavirus) under control to some extent".<br /><br />"We are at a point where we can say we have reached the goal of slowing the virus, and protecting our healthcare system from breaking down," Chancellor Merkel said.<br /><br />Mr Murray said "that's the deal," the virus cannot be eradicated but if infections are slowed, the nation can reopen.
