An elderly woman forgot her flat keys and dangled her 9-year-old grandson down to their flat via a rope but the child became stuck.<br /><br />The video showed that the trapped boy was lowered down by a thin woollen rope. His grandmother held the rope on the top floor, trying to lower the boy down so he could climb into the third-floor window.<br /><br />The police came and used a safety fire-fighting rope to prevent the trapped boy from falling. About 10 minutes later, the trapped boy was rescued. <br /><br />It’s reported that the boy was trapped for about an hour before the police arrived. The heat and tension drained the boy of energy as he shouted repeatedly: "Uncle, hurry up, my legs are numb and I have no strength."<br /><br />The video was filmed on May 4 and provided by local media.
