According to Business Insider, Disney+ is on the road amid the coronavirus lockdown.<br />The streaming service now counts 33.5 million paid subscribers.<br />That's a total of 54.5 million overall, including those using free promotions.<br />eMarketer said Disney+ "won't be able to fully work for the company as intended."<br />Why is that?<br />Disney+ is meant to enhance Disney's global brand of upcoming movies, theme parks, and merchandise.<br />Cross-marketing possibilities have been diminished.<br />Disney originally predicted the service would have between 60 to 90 million subscribers by 2024.<br />The company is only five million subscribers away from hitting the side of this goal.
