Delta Releases Social <br />Distancing Seating Plan Last month, Delta started blocking <br />all middle seats from being booked. Now, some window and aisle <br />seats will be restricted as well. Half of available seats in first class <br />will now be blocked off. In the main coach area, 40 percent of <br />seats have been deemed unavailable. Passengers will be able to see which seats are <br />not available when booking and checking in. Facemasks are also now required <br />for travelers aboard Delta planes. According to 'People,' aircrafts of all sizes will <br />see the new seating rules implemented. This includes smaller planes<br />that have a 2x2 seat setting. Delta CEO Ed Bastian, via letter 'People' adds that Delta's social distancing <br />measures are in effect through the end of June.
